1. Use of the service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with our systems.

2. Payments & credits

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Credits purchased through Logoryx are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Custom logo and brand identity services are fixed-price or quoted services and may follow separate agreements.

3. Intellectual property & usage

Subject to receipt of full payment for the relevant service, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered logo files for your business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen brand name and logo do not infringe on third-party rights or trademarks in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited content

You agree not to use Logoryx to create or request logos that are illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logoryx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted means you accept the updated Terms.
